*SFU Residence and Housing collects personal information on behalf of SFU under the authority of the University Act (R.S.B.C. 1996, c.468) and Section 27(4)(a) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

The personal information includes your name, student number, email, address, Date of Birth and emergency contact and is related directly to and needed by the University to provide services related to the functions of SFU Residence & Housing and its affiliated divisions.

The information will be used to help Residence & Housing staff fulfill the service of reviewing the application, eligibility, and providing student housing as applicable.
